The customer is responsible for paying any and all shipping costs and any and all other associated costs (if any) relating to their orders.
NOTE: Shipping costs and other costs (if any) associated with your order(s) are non-refundable.
All purchases are non-refundable if you do not cancel your order within the time frame of our order cancellation system. In other words, you will only be entitled to a refund if you clicked the “Order Cancellation” button within our allowed order cancellation time frame. No refunds will be given for orders that have already been shipped or processed for shipping.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you ordered a product from us and you were sent the wrong item, a defective item or didn’t receive your complete order, you will have to send/ship the unwanted item back to us, at your expense (You pay shipping costs and other associated costs, if any.). We will send/ship you a replacement product.
If you would like to return an unwanted item you ordered from us, use the “Contact” form on this website to contact us. Include your order details (i.e. order number/transaction number, e-mail address, address etc.). You will then receive e-mail instructions on how to return your unwanted item to us.
