REFUNDS

No refunds will be given for orders that have already been shipped or processed for shipping.

If you ordered a product from us and you were sent the wrong item, a defective item or didn’t receive your complete order, you will have to send/ship the unwanted item back to us, at your expense (You pay shipping costs and other associated costs, if any.). We will send/ship you a replacement product.
