RETURNS/EXCHANGES If you ordered a product from us and you were sent the wrong item, a defective item or didn’t receive your complete order, you will have to send/ship the unwanted item back to us, at your expense (You pay shipping costs and other associated costs, if any.). Include your order details (i.e. order number/transaction number, e-mail address, address etc.). You will then receive e-mail instructions on how to return your unwanted item to us.
